BCF to VCF format converter using BCFtools
This is a simple app to convert BCF (gzip compressed or not) files to VCF for use with the VCF comparison tool or other apps that can not use BCF directly. Uses Heng Li’s BCFtools for conversion (see github site for other major contributors to bcftools), does not require an a tabix index for the input BCF.
