Synopsis
The app searches for variants between the alignments of DNA and RNA next-gen sequencing from the same individual. A priori, this app requires an input with an independently aligned DNA sequence and an independently aligned RNA sequence and their corresponding variant-call files. The alignment of both reads must be to an identical reference human genome
