The changes made to my GitHub repo aren’t appearing on Dockstore, but I’ve already installed the GitHub app and made the .dockstore.yml file, and I was updating the workflow successfully until last night.
I followed the docs and checked the logs and all it said was the sync failed. The workflow name is Nullarbor, under the Theiagen organization. Is there a way to manually fetch my new code from github?

We had a disk space issue on one of our instances which we’ve addressed; it should be working now for any future pushes, and we refired the events for pushes we missed.
It should all be good now, but let us know if that’s not the case.

Autosync is working now, and now seems to be syncing even more quickly than prior to the temporary slowdown. Thanks again for the info.
