How to add missing tags on accidentally archived workflow

Hey,

I accidentally archived a workflow (Mercury_Prep_N_Batch_PHB) before making a new tag on GitHub. The tag failed to appear for this workflow because it was archived:

2025-04-03T16:21	sage-wright	public_health_bioinformatics	Mercury_Prep_N_Batch_PHB	e8a7ab4 refs/tags/v3.0.0	Failed	Push
Failed to process workflow 'Mercury_Prep_N_Batch_PHB':
- This workflow cannot be updated because it is archived.

I have since un-archived the workflow, but can’t figure out how to refresh/re-push the tag so that this version appears without recreating the tag, which isn’t an option for us.

Do you have any guidance on how I can make this version available?

Hi Sage. There’s a mechanism on our end that we can use to make the tag appear. Will post an update after we do.

The v3.0.0 tag should now appear for workflow Mercury_Prep_N_Batch_PHB!
