We are using .yml to push workflows from GitHub to Dockstore. We identified a workflow that was invalid- is there any way we can manually remove that version of the workflow from Dockstore?

Are you concerned about the invalid version being publicly available? If yes, you can go to My Workflows, select the workflow in question, go to the Versions tab, Actions | Edit – click the Hidden checkbox. The version will no longer show up in the public view.
If you mean something else, can you please clarify?
