Method for Extracting Loss of Heterozygosity Events from Gene-Annotated Copy Number Segment Files

This workflow extracts and categorizes loss of heterozygosity (LOH) events from gene-annotated copy number segment files. The analysis is performed using the extract_loh workflow defined in extract_loh.wdl.
