A WDL Pathogen Build

  1. Go to the wdl_pathogen_build workflow from Dockstore
  2. Launch with “Terra” and add to your workspace
  3. Link the relevant inputs and hit “Run Analysis”

  • Upload files via Terra

  • Either connect a sequence.fasta and metadata.tsv file pair

  • Or connect a build.yaml where you can adjust sampling priorities or run multiple builds.
