Post-GWAS QC Pipeline
The script pipeline.wdl under folder postgwas_qc is for postGWAS QC pipeline workflow on Terra; https://app.terra.bio/#workspaces/GWAS_cloud_buckets/test_for_meta/workflows/post_gwas_qc/post_gwas_qc_pipeline
lastest working version is version 14.
The folder docker_scripts include all the dependent R scripts of pipeline.wdl, which have been containerized to docker image ‘mmabroad/postgwas_qc:v1.7’.
